Why Register?
Quite simply, spending a few minutes now could save you a lot of time and money in the future!
AL-KO Secure Wheel Locks do an excellent job at keeping your caravan secure. But what do you do if you lose your keys? The whole point of the lock is that it is difficult to remove without them, so what next?
Well, if you have registered your AL-KO Secure Wheel Lock it’s simply a case of making one phone call, answering a couple of security questions, and waiting for a replacement set in the post.
If you haven’t registered your keys then the process is a lot more complicated and costly. You’ll have to call AL-KO and arrange for an AL-KO Service Engineer to come to you and attempt to remove your lock for you. You may be required to pay for callout, a new receiver, lock and possibly new brake parts if these are damaged due to the removal.
